Store Policy


  • Super DJ ships most orders the same day if placed before 2 P.M.  Orders generally take 2-5 business days in transit. 
  • Free Shipping is via ground service and applies in the Continental US.
  • All credit card orders are shipped to the cardholder's name and billing address.  In order to ship to a different address, you will need to contact your credit card company and have them include the "alternate shipping address" in the notes of your account.  This addition does not change your original credit card billing address and is done over the telephone.
  • All orders require the card holder's signature upon delivery.
  • Orders include freight insurance to cover any damage during transport.
  • Most orders qualify for free shipping as reflected in the shopping cart.  Heavy items (over 70lbs) such as speakers and amplifiers may be subject to a handling fee.
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or telephone. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order or make changes.
  • No COD deliveries or PO Box deliveries.
  • Any discrepancies such as missing or damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery.  We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • We only ship within the US at this time.

  • To exchange an item simply call us at 888-520-1766 or 541-773-3000 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return . Unless the item is defective on arrival (DOA), you are responsible for all return shipping charges including insurance as well as the shipping cost of the new item. If the item is defective and is being replaced with the same item we will ship the new one to you at no charge.  If the item(s) were shipped for free, the shipping cost is refundable if the item(s) are returned.  Any item(s) sent back without an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • Defective items or items for exchange must be received within 10 days
  • All Sales Final on discounted/special priced items and special order items.
  • Any returned or refused order is subject to the full shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns have to arrive within 15 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, we will ship you a new replacement at our cost using the same shipping service of the original order.
  • Returned merchandise must be in "brand new" condition (in original packaging, with all manuals and unfilled warranty cards). Merchandise that is received damaged, marked, or with missing packaging, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the returned order is examined and approved you will receive an in-store credit.
  • Items that do not qualify for exchanges or returns include cartridges, replacement lamps, needles, cases, racks, headphones, cleaner kits, fog juice, bubble juice, software, music or any item that shows wear and tear.
